Mindfulness Workshops

Take time to slow down, reconnect and nurture your wellbeing through creative, mindfulness-based workshops. These sessions offer an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, connect with others, and enjoy moments of calm, creativity and reflection.

Workshops gently encourage you to pause, notice the present moment and engage your senses—perhaps by listening to the sounds around you, feeling the breeze on your skin, or simply enjoying the experience of creating without rushing. No artistic experience is needed; the focus is on the process rather than the finished product.

Workshops may include activities such as:

  • Flower Arranging – Create beautiful floral arrangements inspired by Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging, using local foliage and seasonal flowers.

  • Card Making – Design handmade cards using colourful papers, origami and creative techniques. Visit ClassBento to view current workshops and upcoming dates.

  • Paint by Numbers – Slow down and enjoy painting at your own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment.

  • Vision Boards and Vision Cards – Explore your hopes, dreams and future goals using imagery, colour and creativity to clarify what is important to you.

Whether you are looking for a few hours of creativity or a full day to pause and recharge, workshops provide a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling refreshed.

If you would like information about upcoming workshops or would like to organise a workshop for your workplace, community group or organisation, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
