Supervision
Counsellors, human service workers, school counsellors, guidance officers and teachers are supported with a strengths-based approach to supervision. Workers are supported in their own self-agency through narrative conversations. Conversations draw on skills, strengths and abilities.
Supervision offers you a space to think and reflect about your work and the work you do supporting others. Melissa supports you by standing alongside you as you review and reflect on ethical and effective practice. You can bring to supervision problems, celebrations, cases, instances of practice or anything that you wish to talk about as you work supporting others. Melissa will work with you to explore new understandings, meanings and possibilities.
Please don’t hesitate to ask in what ways you would like to be supported as you practice in your role supporting others.
Melissa is a member of the Australian Counselling Association College of Supervisors.
A one hour supervision session is $140.
Supervision is currently offered online only.
