Professional Supervision

Professional supervision provides a safe, supportive and reflective space for counsellors, human service workers, school counsellors, guidance officers and teachers to explore their practice, strengthen their professional skills and support their own wellbeing.

My approach to supervision is strengths-based, collaborative and informed by narrative practice. I believe supervisees are the experts in their own work and already bring valuable knowledge, skills, experience and resources. Together, we explore your practice through reflective conversations that recognise your strengths, examine challenges and create opportunities for new understandings, confidence and professional growth.

Supervision offers space to reflect on ethical practice, professional development, clinical decision-making, self-care, workplace challenges and the meaningful work you do supporting others. You are welcome to bring client work (within ethical and confidentiality requirements), workplace situations, professional dilemmas, celebrations, questions or anything else that would benefit from thoughtful reflection.

Every supervision relationship is unique. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, and I welcome conversations about how you would like supervision to support your ongoing professional development.

I am a member of the Australian Counselling Association College of Supervisors.
