Retreats offer a day out to pause, reflect, re-energise and de-stress. Example activities include:

Flower arranging
Create floral arrangements from local green foliage and an array of colourful flowers using an inspiration from Ikebana,
the Japanese art of flower arranging.

Card making
Create unique designs for special or everyday occasions. Use a variety of colourful printed papers and other craft.
Use techniques such as Origami folding for beautiful decorative designs. Make your own designs with the resources
available or follow the instructions provided by Melissa and everyone makes the same special card together.

Paint by numbers
Take some time out to slow down and paint at your own pace in a supportive Paint-by-Numbers workshop.
No experience needed—just come and create.

Vision board / Vision cards
Fantasize about your future as you create your own vision cards or vision board. Explore conscious and unconscious hopes and dreams, using imagery, colour, and intuition to identify, clarify, or set intentions. Visualise your goals and bring them gently into focus.
